  • Content Marketing:

  • Create compelling content (website copy, blog posts, social media content) to promote events.

  • Manage content calendar and ensure timely publication across various channels.

  • Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Manage social media presence for the company and its events (content creation, community engagement).
  • Utilize email marketing tools to promote events and nurture leads.

  • Event Marketing:

  • Collaborate with event organizers on promotional activities.

  • Develop and manage pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the event website and online registration process.

  • Public Relations & Media Outreach:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure event coverage.

  • Write press releases and other communication materials to promote events.

  • Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics (website traffic, leads generated, social media engagement).

  • Generate reports to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

  • Other Responsibilities:

  • Work with graphic designers and web developers on marketing materials.

  • Assist with event logistics as needed 

    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).

    • Good written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Experience with marketing automation tools a plus.
