Assistant QAQC Engineer @ Precision Manufacturer

The Assistant QAQC Engineer will support the QAQC functions to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Support internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on non-conformities.
- Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
- Participate in continual improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production processes and perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain quality documentation and reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science.
- Preferably 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in precision manufacturing (electronics, aerospace, medical, or related industries).
- Knowledge of quality management systems, minimum ISO 9001.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and performing audits.
- Exposure to continual improvement activities.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa & Mandarin/Cantonese to support business needs.
- Permanent vacancy based in Shah Alam/Subang Jaya area.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
