Job Responsibilities:

· Plan and implement manufacturing process to improve efficiency and product quality

· Monitor production process to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards

· Coordinate with production & quality teams to resolve engineering related issues

· Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements

· Assist in project planning, budgeting and documentations

· Develop and maintain process documentation including work instruction, SOPs, and control plans

· Monitor production KPIs and support initiatives to reduce cost, scrap, and downtime

· Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Requirements:

· Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

· Experience in fabrication or machining environment preferred.

· Strong understanding of CNC machining, welding, and metal fabrication processes

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
