JOB SCOPE

  • Responsible of Customer Support for new product specifications and design.
  • Support customer in technical issues, specification review and etc.
  • Responsible for process engineering in Cutting process.
  • Developing and optimizing cutting processes to ensure precision and efficiency in lead frame production. This involves analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Create or revise work instructions and develop new processes using solid modelling in compliance with engineering drawings and standards.
  • Responsible to write up the procedure/work instruction for the product and process.
  • Coordinate on technological development, process qualification, and product needs.
  • Responsible for production trial and sample OTD.
  • Able to perform all specific responsibilities described above with minimum supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Japanese speaker is an advantage.
  • At least 1 years working experience in manufacturing engineering or mass manufacturing.
  • Understanding of metallurgy, materials properties, and manufacturing processes related to lead frame production.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in lead frame cutting processes are added advantages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
