Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily e-commerce operational tasks including product listing, pricing updates, order processing, returns handling, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor online store performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Evaluate campaign performance data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance user experience and drive higher online engagement.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Achieve division monthly gross profit target as set by the Management.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective online strategies to drive store traffic and sales.
  • Perform administrative and reporting duties related to e-commerce operations.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce operations or online sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms and familiar with online marketing concepts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Positive attitude, proactive and self-motivated with a passion for e-commerce growth.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
