Senior Executive, Credit Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Screen loan applications by verifying applicant identity, detecting document fraud, and cross-checking applicant information.
- Scrutinize red flags, conduct investigations, and hold recommendations after review.
- Prepare credit review reports, maintain audit records, and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate credit decisions for compliance with organizational guidelines and assess risk management practices, including adherence to product policies and approval thoroughness.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Possession of a CCR (Credit Control and Risk) certificate is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and deliver results consistently.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
