Retail Assistant cum E-Commerce Support

Working Location: Pavilion Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash flow, including accurate cash handling, banking, and reporting.
  • Manage online orders from e-commerce platforms, including order processing, parcel wrapping, coordination with logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promote and explain Footer's health socks, including their functional benefits and usage to educate and engage customers.
  • Ensure attractive product display, kiosk cleanliness, and a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work closely with the Outlet Supervisor to support shop operations and team efficiency.
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, F&B, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Experience handling e-commerce or online order fulfillment will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and passionate about health-related products.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, based on shift schedules.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
