The Head of Talent Acquisition is accountable for shaping and executing our talent acquisition strategy.
In this role, you will ensure the organization has strong hiring plans, efficient processes, and compelling attraction strategies that empower the TA team to meet our recruitment needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including Talent Acquisition Partners (Recruiters) and the TA Administrator.
  • Partner with Finance and Controlling to create a robust annual hiring plan and oversee the recruitment budget.
  • Drive consistent hiring processes and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding journey.
  • Continuously enhance our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Build and manage attraction strategies across channels such as third-party agencies, university partnerships, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
  • Cultivate a strong external network and maintain active engagement with industry bodies to stay informed on market trends, the TA landscape, and best practices.
  • Generate insights by leveraging market data, business intelligence, and TA systems to inform and refine our strategy.
  • Establish and track key TA performance metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire) to drive functional excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to provide exceptional HR support to stakeholders.
  • Contribute actively to the Global TA community and participate in ad hoc global projects.

    Workday (HCM), Beamery (CRM/TRM)

Who you are

At your core, you are a passionate Talent Acquisition professional who understands the importance of an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience and the impact of employer branding in engaging passive talent.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading a high-performing TA team
  • Proven experience in employer branding and passive talent engagement
  • Strong command of modern sourcing tools and techniques (professional platforms, social networks, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency with TA technologies: candidate databases, ATS, CRM/TRM
  • Expertise in interviewing and talent assessment
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor regulations
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners
  • Strong verbal (English) and non-verbal communication skills
