We're scaling rapidly across the region, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Malaysia to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent that will fuel our next stage of growth.

You'll be part of a global TA team and will partner closely with leaders across APAC—particularly Malaysia, Singapore, and emerging markets. This role covers sourcing, recruitment delivery, talent pipeline building, and employer branding initiatives that make a real impact. It isn't just about filling roles — it's about shaping how we engage and excite talent in one of the fastest-growing industries.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for roles across Malaysia (and wider APAC as needed), especially in data centres, engineering, construction, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Build pipelines by sourcing and engaging high-calibre passive talent across Malaysia, Singapore, and regional markets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, supporting recruitment marketing campaigns and talent community initiatives that grow awareness across the region.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to provide market insights, salary trends, and sourcing strategies to drive strong hiring outcomes.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring fair, transparent, and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support TA projects across APAC — campus hiring, employer branding, talent mapping, and process improvements.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition in Malaysia (ideally in technology, engineering, data centre, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related sectors).
  • Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, local job boards, social platforms, and market mapping techniques.
  • Ability to engage passive talent and influence effectively with a warm, confident communication style.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growth, high-change environment — agile, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills; able to work independently while collaborating across regions.
  • Passion for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data-driven recruiting.
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia or other regional languages is a strong advantage.
