We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who will play a key role in shaping and scaling our recruitment strategy across the region, while fostering a high-performance, people first culture. This is more than just a hiring role, it's an opportunity to influence, build and grow.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, ensuring they align with our company values: Success, Development, Diversity, and Accountability.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and be the go to person for all things talent. With your understanding of accounting and finance roles, you will be able to deeply connect with candidates and hiring managers alike, helping us attract top tier talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end talent acquisition for all roles, from sourcing to offer
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines, especially in Accounting & Finance
  • Develop and manage external talent networks (beyond job boards)
  • Expand and promote our brand globally through relevant content and campaigns
  • Collaborate on employee training and development initiatives
  • Provide HR support across the business, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Work closely with leadership to drive business aligned recruitment strategies

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience recruiting in Accounting & Finance highly desirable
  • Solid knowledge of remuneration frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A self driven, positive mindset and a love for recruitment
