Responsibilities

  • Making Call To Potential Candidate To Keep Relationship & Secure Interview Appointment &
    Assist in Offline Interview arrangement
  • Be able to conduct interview and finalize salary package and secure a response from candidate before get approval from Head Of Department by itself.
  • Assist in Social Media Management such as Linkdin, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and XHS in Culture and Talent Acquisition Content Related
  • Work Hand On Hand And Guidance By Talent Acquisition Manager In All Kind Of Execution
  • Be Able To Standby To Work Off Office Hour or Weekend If Required

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic individuals currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree or diploma in Psychology, HR, and Business Management
  • Must have at least 2 year of Talent Acquistion job experience
  • Must Know Communicate & Write Chinese Language
  • Strong communication ,organizational skills, & Social Media
  • A passion in helping people in landing in a good career or company
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
