Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
  • Support the screening of resumes and applications against job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in preparing interview materials and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Conduct basic market research on talent trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
