Job Title: Investment Administrator

Location: Menara IMC, Kuala Lumpur

Company Background: A reputable Investment Company specializing in private equity and venture capital fund management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage investment administration processes, including fund operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Support financial reporting, accounting, and reconciliation for portfolio investments.
  • Liaise with external auditors, fund administrators, and tax advisors.
  • Track and monitor portfolio performance, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Prepare investment reports and presentations for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support efficient investment operations.
Requirements
  • Recognized Diploma / Degree / professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a Private Equity (PE) or Venture Capital (VC) fund management company, or within a financial institution (bank, securities firm, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
