Role Overview

We are looking for a
Sales Consultant
to grow Bao Service's presence in
Johor and Melaka
. This is a
remote, performance-driven role
, ideal for someone who is resourceful, independent, and passionate about helping businesses manage energy costs better.

You don't need to be an engineer — what matters most is your
sales capability, initiative, and local connections
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive adoption of Bao Service's energy efficiency offerings.
  • Identify and engage potential clients such as
    factories, industrial estates, and commercial facilities
    .
  • Conduct site visits, gather basic load or billing data, and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals.
  • Present
    Energy Efficiency
    packages and explain ROI, payback, and performance outcomes clearly to clients.
  • Track and report sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback regularly.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree is preferred.
  • Proven
    sales or business development experience
    , ideally in engineering, energy.
  • Strong local knowledge and business network in
    Johor and/or Melaka
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Bahasa Malaysia
    (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within the southern region for client meetings.
