About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on
Industrial Engineering Manager
to lead our continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across our operations — ensuring our business remains agile, competitive, and future-ready.

You'll develop and implement industrial engineering strategies, lead high-impact projects, and build a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to innovation and performance excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire
    the Industrial Engineering team to achieve operational excellence and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
  • Align engineering initiatives

  • Identify and implement process improvements
    that reduce waste, optimize workflows, and enhance throughput.
  • Drive cost-reduction programs
    through lean methodologies, data analysis, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Oversee project management and execution

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
    .
  • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in
    industrial engineering, process optimization, or operational excellence
    , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in
    Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies
    .
  • Solid project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing technical team.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience implementing new technologies or automation solutions is a plus.
