About Us

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support our Engineering & Maintenance Department. This role involves managing financial documentation, assisting with payment and inventory processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments and the Accounts team.

Responsibility

  1. Manage day-to-day finance and administrative tasks, correspondence, and document filing (invoices, PO, claims, receipts).
  2. Prepare, organize, and maintain project files, purchase orders, and quotations.
  3. Assist in basic accounting and finance tasks such as data entry, payment vouchers, invoicing, claims, reporting and document tracking.
  4. Support inventory management — track stock records, update usage reports, and assist in reconciliation with Accounts.
  5. Support compliance with company finance procedures and maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
  6. Coordinate between project sites and management for reports and updates.
  7. Support HR and management in administrative matters when required.

Requirement

  1. Good organizers, and the ability to prioritize workload and work within tight deadlines.
  2. Must possess own transport for working purpose.
  3. Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualification

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
