Position Overview:
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant Manager to support daily financial operations at our KL branch. The role involves handling financial records, using XERO software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Support daily accounting operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Handle data entry, document filing, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record financial transactions and business activities using XERO Accounting System software.
- Provide assistance with ad hoc assignments and tasks as directed by your supervisor.
- Support the Finance team in preparing financial components of tender documents.
- Help manage and organize administrative and financial files.
- Demonstrate strong mathematical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian financial regulations.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Experience with XERO Accounting System is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
