Position Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant Manager to support daily financial operations at our KL branch. The role involves handling financial records, using XERO software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Support daily accounting operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Handle data entry, document filing, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Record financial transactions and business activities using XERO Accounting System software.
  • Provide assistance with ad hoc assignments and tasks as directed by your supervisor.
  • Support the Finance team in preparing financial components of tender documents.
  • Help manage and organize administrative and financial files.
  • Demonstrate strong mathematical skills and proficiency in computer applications.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian financial regulations.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Experience with XERO Accounting System is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
