Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Account cum Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Candidates with e-invoicing experience and proficiency in SQL accounting software will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Accounting Duties:

  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing (e-invoice), and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely updates.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of statements.
  • Assist in the monthly financial reports, support external audits and other documentation as needed.
  • Support in payroll processing, and compliance with financial regulations.

b) Administrative Duties:

  • Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing & correspondence
  • Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and agreements.
  • Handle any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
  • Experience with Salary report & EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF submission  is and advantage

Academic Qualification:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Requirement:

  • Basic knowledge of e-invoicing and its compliance requirements.
  • Experience with SQL accounting software is an advantage.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
