Job Scope: Finance Manager di NESQ
1. Pengurusan Kewangan & Perancangan
  • Menyediakan dan memantau annual budget, ramalan kewangan (forecast) dan analisis kos operasi.
  • Mengkaji aliran tunai (cash flow management) untuk memastikan kecairan syarikat sentiasa stabil.
  • Menyediakan laporan kewangan harian, mingguan, bulanan, suku tahunan dan tahunan untuk pengurusan atasan.
2. Kawalan Kos & Analisis Prestasi
  • Mengenal pasti peluang untuk mengurangkan kos dalam operasi pengeluaran, pemasaran, logistik dan jualan.
  • Menganalisa margin keuntungan setiap SKU produk.
  • Menilai keberkesanan kempen pemasaran / promosi dari sudut ROI.
3. Pengurusan Akaun & Pematuhan
  • Menyelia proses accounting termasuk AP (akaun belian), AR (akaun jualan), bank reconciliation, inventory accounting dan asset management.
  • Memastikan pematuhan terhadap undang-undang cukai, audit dan piawaian kewangan (SST, LHDN, audit luar).
  • Menyedia & menyelaras dokumen untuk audit tahunan.
4. Penyeliaan & Kerjasama Antara Jabatan
  • Menyelia eksekutif kewangan/akaun (jika ada).

  • Bekerjasama rapat dengan:

  • Bahagian Production: memantau kos bahan mentah, kos kilang & yield produk.

  • Bahagian Sales & Marketing: analisis jualan, PO, hutang pelanggan, program promosi.
  • Bahagian Operation: memantau kos logistik & operasi harian.
5. Strategi Kewangan & Nasihat Pengurusan
  • Memberi input kewangan untuk perancangan bisnes jangka panjang (contoh: R&D produk baharu, pengembangan pasaran, pelaburan mesin).
  • Menyediakan laporan dan cadangan kepada Pengarah untuk membantu keputusan strategik.
  • Memastikan kesihatan kewangan syarikat kekal kukuh serta menyokong pertumbuhan syarikat.
6. Sistem & Proses
  • Memastikan sistem kewangan (Autocount) sentiasa teratur, tepat dan patuh prosedur.
  • Menambah baik SOP kewangan untuk operasi yang lebih efisien.
