The Customer Service will perform forwarding tasks for customer service activities. In this role, you will execute well-established customer service activities. Key Accountabilities
- Execute import and export operation including monitoring shipment and co-ordination with all stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate import and export transactional requirements that apply to document and data
- Provide administrative support in executing customer service strategies, including import and export arrangements
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Job Type: Full-time.
