1、MEP Manager

1. 负责组织编制并落实机电系统施工方案、进度计划及资源配置,确保施工按时、高质量完成。

Responsible for preparing and executing MEP construction strategies, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

1. 全面监督电气、暖通、给排水、消防等系统施工质量与安全,确保符合设计规范和合同要求。

Oversee the construction quality and safety of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in compliance with design specifications and contract requirements.

1. 协调机电与土建、装饰及其他专业的施工接口,解决施工过程中的冲突与技术问题。

Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and other disciplines, resolving conflicts and technical issues during construction.

1. 负责图纸审查、技术交底、变更处理,确保现场施工与设计文件保持一致。

Responsible for reviewing drawings, conducting technical briefings, and handling design changes to ensure alignment between site works and design documents.

1. 组织机电系统的测试与调试,确保系统功能正常并满足验收和移交要求。

Organize testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with acceptance and handover requirements.

1. 本科及以上学历,机电工程、电气工程、暖通或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in M&E Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related disciplines.

1. 至少8年以上机电施工管理经验,其中3年以上同等岗位经验,有数据中心或大型综合体项目经验者优先。

Minimum 8 years of MEP construction management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role; experience in data centers or large complexes is an advantage.

1. 熟悉电气、暖通、给排水及消防系统的设计与施工规范,掌握相关本地及国际标准。

Familiar with design and construction codes for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, with knowledge of local and international standards.

1. 拥有机电工程师注册证书或相关执业资格证者优先。

Professional engineer registration or relevant certifications in MEP fields are preferred.

1. 英语流利,具备撰写报告与组织会议的能力;会中文者更佳。

Fluent in English, with strong reporting and meeting facilitation skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

1. 具有大型建筑或工业项目机电系统施工与管理经验,熟悉EPC总承包模式。

Experience in managing MEP systems for large construction or industrial projects, with exposure to EPC contracting models.

1. 曾参与机电系统设计优化与施工深化,有能力解决设计与施工中的差异与冲突。

Experience in design optimization and construction detailing of MEP systems, with ability to resolve discrepancies and conflicts.

1. 具备完整机电系统测试、调试、验收及移交经验,熟悉Cx流程。

Proven track record in testing, commissioning, acceptance, and handover of MEP systems; familiar with commissioning workflows.

1. 曾管理分包商团队,具备合同执行与现场协调能力。

Experience managing subcontractor teams, with strong skills in contract compliance and site coordination.

技术能力:精通电气、暖通、消防和给排水系统的施工工艺与调试流程。

沟通能力:出色的沟通技巧和领导力,能有效带领机电团队并推动跨部门协作。

语言要求:流利的英语,掌握中文者优先。

Proficient in construction methods and commissioning processes of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead MEP teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

2、MEP Engineer (Electrical)

1. 负责电气系统(强电、弱电、照明、配电、接地、防雷等)的施工组织与质量控制,确保符合设计和规范。

Manage the construction and quality control of electrical systems (power, ELV, lighting, distribution, earthing, lightning protection) to ensure compliance with design and standards.

1. 审核电气施工图纸,参与深化设计,编制技术交底文件和施工方案,解决现场技术问题。

Review electrical drawings, participate in shop drawing preparation, develop technical briefings and method statements, and resolve site technical issues.

1. 确保电气设备、材料的选型、采购、进场检验符合设计和规范要求。

Ensure proper selection, procurement, and inspection of electrical equipment and materials in line with specifications.

1. 协助编制并实施电气系统的检验与测试计划(ITP),监督安装、调试、验收过程。

Assist in preparing and implementing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for electrical systems, and supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance.

1. 与顾问、分包商及其他专业工程师保持沟通,及时解决施工过程中出现的电气问题。

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and other discipline engineers to resolve electrical-related issues during construction.

1. 本科及以上学历,电气工程、机电工程或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering, or related disciplines.

1. 至少3年以上电气施工或设计经验,有大型建筑或工业项目背景者优先。

Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction or design; experience in large-scale building or industrial projects is preferred.

1. 熟悉电气系统设计规范及安装标准(IEC、BS、MS、TNB等)。

Familiar with electrical design codes and installation standards (IEC, BS, MS, TNB, etc.).

1. 英语流利,能编写技术报告并参与业主/顾问会议。

Proficient in English with ability to prepare technical reports and participate in client/consultant meetings.

1. 英语流利,拥有电气相关执业资格或专业工程师证书者优先。

Proficient in English, professional registration or certifications in electrical engineering are an advantage.

1. 具备配电系统、照明系统、接地防雷系统安装与调试经验。

Experience in installation and commissioning of distribution systems, lighting systems, and earthing/lightning protection systems.

1. 曾参与电气系统的功能测试、调试及最终验收工作。

Involved in functional testing, commissioning, and final acceptance of electrical systems.

1. 有与机电、土建、消防等专业协作完成机电综合布置的经验。

Experience coordinating MEP layout works with civil, HVAC, and fire protection disciplines.

1. 熟悉马来西亚电力供应局(TNB)及相关本地规范流程。

Knowledge of Malaysian utility authority (TNB) requirements and local regulatory processes.

技术能力:能熟练进行电气系统安装、调试及故障排查。

沟通能力:具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。

语言要求:流利的英语,掌握中文者优先。

Proficient in electrical system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Strong coordination and communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.

3、MEP Engineer (Mechanical)

1. 负责暖通空调(HVAC)、给排水、消防、燃气及相关机械系统的施工组织与质量控制,确保符合设计、规范和合同要求。

Manage the construction and quality control of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, gas, and other mechanical systems to ensure compliance with design, standards, and contract requirements.

1. 审核机电施工图纸,参与施工深化设计,编制施工方案及技术交底文件,解决现场技术问题。

Review mechanical drawings, participate in shop drawing preparation, develop method statements and technical briefings, and resolve technical issues on site.

1. 负责机械设备和材料的选型、采购、进场检验,确保符合技术规范与标准。

Ensure proper selection, procurement, and inspection of mechanical equipment and materials in line with project specifications.

1. 协助编制并实施机械系统的检验与测试计划(ITP),监督安装、调试、功能测试与验收。

Assist in preparing and executing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for mechanical systems, and supervise installation, commissioning, functional testing, and acceptance.

1. 与业主、顾问、分包商及其他专业团队保持沟通,协调机电与土建、建筑、强电的接口问题。

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other teams, coordinating interfaces between mechanical works and civil, architectural, and electrical disciplines.

1. 本科及以上学历,机械工程、暖通工程、机电工程或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, M&E Engineering, or related disciplines.

1. 至少3年以上机械系统施工或设计经验,有大型公共建筑或工业项目经验者优先。

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical system construction or design; experience in large-scale building or industrial projects is preferred.

1. 熟悉HVAC、给排水、消防、气体系统等相关设计规范和施工标准(ASHRAE、NFPA、BS、MS等)。

Familiar with design codes and construction standards for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and gas systems (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, MS, etc.).

1. 英语熟练,能编写技术文件并参与多方会议。

Proficient in English, with ability to prepare technical documents and participate in multi-party meetings.

1. 拥有机械相关执业资格或专业工程师注册证书者优先。

Professional registration or certifications in mechanical engineering are an advantage.

4、Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)  Officer

Major:Environment & Safety(环境、安全)

Introduction:

• Monitor safety, health and environmental issues by conducting regular site observation/inspection/audits

• Report relevant issues and offer suggestions for improvement

• Provide and maintain safety, health and environment related documents for inspection purposes

1. Construction Management Coordination:

Coordinate construction management to ensure the controlled progress of architectural specialties (wall masonry, plastering, putty, tiling, gypsum board ceilings, vinyl flooring, epoxy flooring, painting, etc.).

1. Coordination with Departments:

Coordinate with various departments to ensure that labor, materials, machinery, technical drawings, and other resources meet the requirements for the construction schedule.

1. Quality Control and Acceptance Management:

Oversee the internal control of construction quality and manage the acceptance process.

1. Safety Management:

Ensure that all construction safety conditions are controlled.

1. Preparation and Submission of Relevant Construction Documentation:

Organize, compile, and submit all related construction documents.

Experience:

At least 1 complete project in medical facility construction or over 5 years of experience in construction management for hotels, office buildings, etc., with a strong understanding of medical building codes and related requirements.

Communication Skills:

Good cross-department communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently resolving design and construction issues.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in English, proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
