We are looking for a new team member to join us as Senior Administrative/HR Executive to be based in our office at Diamond Square, Off Jalan Gombak, 53000 Kuala Lumpur.
- Perform full HR functions.
- Involve in recruitment process such as candidate screening and interview arrangement.
Liaise with all employees queries about HR related issues.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Coordinate and direct work activities from the superiors/managers to the employees.
Prepare letters, employment contracts, memos, etc.
- Prepare contract/proposal.
Renew company/site license.
- Handling license renewals and familiar with Energy Commission (ST) registration is an advantage.
- Support administrative tasks.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
- Knowledge on regulating statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Malaysia Employment Act and Statutory guidelines.
- Hardworking and willing to work long hour.
