What you'll be doing

1. Project Coordination

  • Oversee on-site renovation and fit-out works from site survey to project completion.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor site activities to ensure timely progress and quality delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners for smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare accurate progress reports.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and Clients to interpret design intent and project requirements.
  • Attend site and coordination meetings and ensure clear communication among all parties.
  • Liaise with clients, building management, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle client feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.

3. Quality & Cost Control

  • Ensure all works comply with design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Prepare material requisitions, quotation comparisons, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in tracking budgets, variation orders, and project costs.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and cost efficiency.

4. Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all project sites.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, authority regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor site practices to prevent hazards and maintain quality standards.
  • Report and follow up on safety incidents or non-compliance issues promptly.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in renovation, fit-out, or A&A works (fresh graduates with strong interest can be considered for junior role).
  • Knowledge of renovation processes (demolition, M&E, joinery, finishes, ID works).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and tight schedules.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and site team.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project scheduling software is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites when required.
