We are looking for an experienced and creative planning and development manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have s strong background in design development, project coordination and technical documentation for high rise and mixed development projects.

Job Responsibilities:

To assist in overall planning, implementation, and execution of projects to ensure successful completion of the projects.

To assist in drawing preparation or whichever deemed necessary.

Assist the project manager to monitor project team to complete the assigned projects in a timely manner and within budget allocated.

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon

Manage resource assignments to the project, and proactively identify resource challenges

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Recap and create debriefs for every completed project; facilitate discussions on lessons learned and new knowledge gained; document properly and share.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders for seamless project execution

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in Architectural or other related field.

Business fluent English / Bahasa Malaysia. Other language is an added advantage.

Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up.
