Role Description

The PR & Event Executive will play a key role in planning, organizing, and overseeing events and public relations activities to boost brand visibility and strengthen relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, preparing press releases, overseeing media relations, and coordinating promotional campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Damansara.

Qualifications

  • Public Relations and Media Relations expertise, including crafting press releases and building relationships with media outlets.
  • Event Planning and Coordination skills, including organizing logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring successful event execution.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong Project Management and Organizational capabilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Social Media and Digital Marketing tools to enhance event and brand promotion is an advantage.
  • Relevant educational background in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferable.
  • Experience in the branding or events industry is a plus.
