1. ERP User Support (Daily Operations)

·       Provide first-level support for ERP users in Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and related functions.

·       Help colleagues solve basic transaction issues (e.g. orders, receipts, production posting, inventory movements, adjustments).

·       Escalate technical/system problems to IT or external ERP vendor and follow up until resolved.

2. Operations Data Check & Simple Audit

·       Perform routine checks to ensure ERP data is complete and accurate (PO vs GRN, production output vs plan/BOM, stock movements, adjustments).

·       Highlight missing, wrong or late postings to respective departments for correction.

·       Support stock take / cycle counts and help reconcile physical vs system quantities.

3. Cross-Department Coordination (Support Role)

·       Work with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and Accounts to understand how their work flows through the ERP system.

·       Help to document simple workflows / process flows when required.

·       Assist in aligning practices between departments to reduce errors and rework.

4. Digitalisation & New System Deployment (Support / Assist)

·       Assist in company digitalisation projects (e.g. new ERP functions, WMS/MES, barcode scanning, dashboards).

·       Participate in user requirement discussions and help translate operations needs into clear points for IT/vendor.

·       Help in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) – follow test scripts, record issues, retest after fixes.

·       Support user training and go-live by preparing screenshots, checklists and being on-site to help users.

5. Continuous Improvement Mindset

·       Give practical feedback on how system screens, reports and processes can be improved.

·       Suggest small improvements to reduce manual work, prevent errors and speed up transactions.
