Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts
- To prepare monthly management accounts and note to account analysis.
- Monitor cash and bank balances, ensuring cash requirements are met and monthly cash flow planning.
- To ensure all accounting entries are posted correctly to the system.
- Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close as well as the daily accounting processes in the Sage UBS System.
- Prepare bank, debtors and creditors reconciliation and analysis.
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate (LCCI), Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting field.
- Familiar with Accounting software system (Sage UBS), Microsoft Excel & Word
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Prior experience in construction will be an added advantage.
- Required skill(s): Able to meet tight deadlines, work under minimum supervision, multitasker & team player.
