Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaigns & Strategy

  2. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote academic programs.

  3. Organize and execute campaigns for student recruitment and brand awareness (online and offline).
  4. Support in planning open days, education fairs, roadshows, and school visits.

  5. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  6. Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including content posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.

  7. Monitor and report on trends and performance of digital campaigns.

  8. Student Engagement & Recruitment

  9. Provide information and guidance to prospective students and parents.

  10. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrolments.
  11. Maintain a database of prospects and track conversions.

  12. Collaboration & Reporting

  13. Work closely with academic and administrative teams to align marketing initiatives.

  14. Provide weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities and campaign outcomes.

  15. Others

  16. Stay updated on education industry trends and competitors.

  17. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or management.
