Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, documentation, and office coordination.
- Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently.
- Support management with scheduling, record-keeping, and office organization.
- Assist with basic accounting or inventory duties.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Experience: Some prior administrative experience preferred.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Chinese, Malay, and English (spoken and written).
Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Personal Traits: Strong attention to detail, responsible, and proactive.
Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field preferred.
