About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mewah Group as an Executive, Sales - Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing key client relationships across Johor areas for dairy products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying new sales opportunities and growing the client base across your designated territory
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  3. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  4. Preparing sales proposals and presentations to pitch Mewah Group's products and services
  5. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  6. Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's efforts
  7. Reporting on sales activities, pipeline and performance metrics

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the FMCG industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  6. A self-motivated and driven mindset with a passion for sales
  7. Willingness to travel within the Tawau, Sandakan and Southern Sabah regions
