· To do daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and preventive maintenance on all machinery designated in the plant

· To minimize downtime during production

· Ensure all machinery in good working condition

· Communicate within team members and superior to find solution for continuous improvement

· To perform daily every shift bottle checking & inspection meet quality regulatory with checklist given

· Responsible and in charge of selected bottles quality target to ensure it perform as per KPI

· To maintain quality of bottle, adjustment to be done within given time to avoid excessive time lost and sort defect bottles online or silo storages

· To check and carryout test performance on bottle trials by all department

· Summary of actual work performance

· Perform daily every shift and maintain 5S activities and GMP

· To make report and improvement action when abnormal happen

· Repair work or machine adjustment to be done within given time to avoid excessive time lost

· Must all the time standby at machine or working station to make sure line always in under control condition and ready to be reliever for machine operator when needed

· Ensure all document related to HSE, ISO, PM, TPM and In-house update as per schedule

· Assist superior in any other assignment

· Experience in blow molding / Injection mold will be advantage

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)

· Diploma in Engineering in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical

· Good interpersonal skill and hardworking

· Fast learner

· Able to work shift

· Possess own transport

· Computer literary. – MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
