HR & Legal Admin

We are looking for an admin to provide full administrative and documentation support to management, ensuring smooth coordination of company operations, licensing, communication, and record management. The Admin will handle all company documents, correspondence, and assist in HR and hiring processes. Our company (SDN BHD) operates canteens and convenience stores along with other facilities inside factories and business complexes.
Duties:
- Manage company documents, contracts, and filing systems (digital & hard copy).
- Prepare and handle licensing, registration, and renewal applications with authorities.
- Draft, send, and respond to official emails and correspondence with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Maintain and update company records, agreements, and project documentation.
- Support hiring and onboarding by preparing employment contracts and organizing candidate interviews.
- Coordinate internal communication between management, staff, and external agencies.
- Assist in preparing company profiles, proposals, and presentations when needed.
- Handle office administration — supplies, scheduling, and basic accounting records.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Excellent English and Malay communication skills (written & spoken).
- Strong in document control, formatting, and email communication.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented personality.
Benefits:

Work hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
