About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our team at QL Figo (Johor) Sdn. Bhd. in Semenyih, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating resources and ensuring effective communication across departments.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain and prioritize the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. Ensure timely reminders and preparation for meetings.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation etc. and obtain prior approved for Business Travel Form.
- Assist in office supplies inventory and ensure office equipment is in working order and maintained.
- Handle and review emails with ED as well as arranging on document signing.
- Review sales team member target incentive and commission table.
What we're looking for
- Certificate or Diploma in any field with 2 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Systematic, organized, co-operative with great analytical skills.
- Proficient with MS office especially MS Excel.
- Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
