Position: Accounts & Finance Executive

Location :Kota Kemuning

Working Days : 5 days

Nature of Business: Logistic & Shipping agency

Requirements:

  • Full Set of Accounts Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded, classified, and summarized in accordance with standard accounting practices.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end account closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, and payables to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Independently manage accounting and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash flow.
  • Generating and analyzing financial reports and statements.
  • Providing support in tax preparation and compliance.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective accounting systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
