As a Strategic Process & Transformation Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving change and innovation, helping us stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving banking landscape. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design and implement new processes, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to communicate and collaborate with others will be crucial in driving change and adoption.

Requirement**

  • s:A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fie
  • ldAt least 5 years of experience in business process transformation or a related fie
  • ldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategical
  • lyExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all leve
  • lsExperience with business process management, process mapping and design too
  • lsKnowledge of lean principles, process improvement methodologies or project management tools, such as Six Sigma, Agi
