Location: Taman Maluri, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur (nearby LRT/MRT Maluri)

Responsibilities:

1.Handle end-to end recruitment for executive, managerial and local security guard position.

  1. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications

  2. Process improvement and standardization initiatives for hiring and on-boarding

  3. Posting job vacancy in job posting platforms and social medias

  4. Screening resumes and performing cold calling of the potential candidates

  5. Scheduling interview for the shortlisted candidates with the hiring manager

  6. Conduct the interview, select the suitable candidates

  7. Conduct background check for the shortlisted candidates

  8. Conduct introduction / induction of the onboarding new staff

  9. Handle employee management of local security guard

  10. Manage external recruitment such as career fair, open interview etc

  11. Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Human Resource, management or equivalent

  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resource (Recruitment)

  3. Fresh Graduate with internship experiences are encouraged to apply

  4. Able to do outdoor recruitment

  5. Working experience in Recruitment Agency will be an advantage

  6. Requires good interpersonal and communication skills

  7. Able to work independently

  8. Ability to follow deadlines
