Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Proactively develop and nurture a strong talent pool by leveraging diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referral programs.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and candidate success profiles, crafting clear, compelling job descriptions, and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
  • Enhance the candidate on-boarding experience from the initial interaction through to the job offer stage.
  • Play a key role in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice and attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Provide assistance with various HR-related areas, including but not limited to industrial relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the construction industry.
  • A strong ability to identify and engage high-potential talent across various channels effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence decisions and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • A resourceful mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and challenges simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and expertise in professional networks such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
