Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a strong focus on IT roles such as software developers, network engineers, and system administrators.
- Oversee HR operations including accurate maintenance of employee records, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and administration of staff benefits.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance review processes to support staff development.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
- Supervise daily office administration including office supplies, facility maintenance, and equipment management.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient business operations.
- Organize and support company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and prepare HR and administrative reports.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR strategies, policies, and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of HR & Admin experience, including at least 2 years in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of technical job requirements and proven ability to assess IT candidates effectively.
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English; ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is essential.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
