Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a strong focus on IT roles such as software developers, network engineers, and system administrators.
  • Oversee HR operations including accurate maintenance of employee records, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and administration of staff benefits.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and prepare HR and administrative reports.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR strategies, policies, and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of HR & Admin experience, including at least 2 years in IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical job requirements and proven ability to assess IT candidates effectively.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English; ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is essential.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
