Job Descriptions:

  • Do business development and reach out to potential clients
  • Work closely with HR managers to understand clients' business needs
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, recruiting and selection to final offering to successful candidates
  • Build good relationship with clients and candidates
  • Manage candidates' expectations and clients' requirements and placing right talent for the job

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and enjoy meeting people
  • Self-motivated and team-player
  • Graduate are welcome
