  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a team and independently
  • Interested in business research, HR, consulting, or talent acquisition
