About the Role:

As a Talent Recruiter, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including sourcing top talent and building strong candidate relationships.

What you'll be doing:

  • Utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming open positions.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles especially in the banking industry.
  • Communicating with potential candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and answer questions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to learn.
  • Possibility to convert to permanent full time role based on performance
  • Open to Fresh Graduates

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
