Responsibilities:

  • Perform HR recruitment activity including reviewing CVs, conducting initial screening calls, filtering and shortlisting of candidates
  • Reviewing and screening of candidate resumes and recommend them to the respective suitable open job positions
  • Provide career advices and follow-up with job seekers on their job searching status
  • Provide good customer services to employers and attend to their respective queries
  • Build and maintain good relationship with employers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with employers
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma in any discipline
  • Candidates who are self-discipline, goal driven and motivated
  • Passionate or strong interest in HR Recruitment function
