Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will drive talent acquisition, recruitment needs fulfilment, support business development and act as an advisor in areas of recruitment operation solutions.
  • Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients. Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensurethat the recruitment timelines are met.
  • Look into developing potential candidate pipelinethrough a variety of avenues and platforms.
  • Support in business development by introducing companies' services to prospects.
  • Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media
  • Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Skype)
  • Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Positive and driven
  • Resourceful with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive in partnering with hiring managers, peers and external stakeholders
  • Highly driven, a team player with strong initiative and a passion for challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and good presentation skills.
  • Team player and able to adapt in fast-paced working environment.
