HR Manager – Food & Beverage Industry

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will lead HR operations, drive talent development, and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to F&B operations
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for kitchen, service, and support staff
  • Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinate payroll, scheduling, and attendance systems
  • Foster a positive work culture and support employee engagement initiatives
  • Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development

Required Skills:

  • Proven HR leadership in F&B or hospitality settings
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and food service regulations
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team management skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS and scheduling software
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7, RM9,000.00 per month
