Marketing
(events, partnerships, brand campaigns) and
Growth
(promotions, pricing, loyalty, membership) — to drive both brand visibility and commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategist with hands-on experience using data and insights to make fast, smart commercial decisions. You'll build scalable frameworks that link marketing creativity with measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    integrated marketing and growth strategies
    that increase transactions, traffic, and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor real-time performance data and initiate agile actions to recover sales dips (e.g., targeted vouchers, time-bound campaigns).
  • Drive high-impact
    collaborations, sponsorships, and local brand partnerships
    .
  • Oversee launch strategies for new products — pricing, promotion, and market rollout.
  • Establish data dashboards and KPIs to evaluate marketing and campaign ROI.
  • Build synergy between marketing and growth teams, aligning objectives and communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, and HQ counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and specialists toward shared performance goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in
    consumer marketing, e-commerce growth, or F&B retail marketing
    .
  • Proven record of driving sales growth and repeat purchase through data-led campaigns and promotions.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset — confident interpreting performance metrics to make daily decisions.
  • Strategic and hands-on; thrives in fast-moving, metrics-focused environments.
  • Comfortable overseeing teams across marketing, CRM, and promotional functions.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Mandarin
    (both written and spoken).
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented.
