Director of Business Development (ASAI GAMUDA COVE, Malaysia)

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities.
  • Manage sales functions of the business.
  • Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics.
  • Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years in Business Development or Commercial experience in hospitality including leadership role.
  • Proven ability to identify new markets, partnerships and revenue opportunities.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills; pre-opening experience preferred.
