Position Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate strategic commercial partnership opportunities to support the company's development direction.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the development team while enhancing workflow efficiency and professional capabilities.
  • Oversee network planning and expansion strategies across key cities in the region.
  • Establish and manage development records, project documentation, and related assets.
  • Monitor national commercial market trends and provide insights to support development planning and real estate assessments.
  • Gather and analyze relevant market information to support decision-making in development projects.
  • Continuously refine development frameworks and optimize commercial models across different business stages.
  • Build and maintain strong collaboration with key commercial partners and industry stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in development, site selection, or network expansion, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more members.
  • Solid background in development management within franchise or directly operated chain restaurant brands, including network planning and partnership development.
  • Experience working with large-scale F&B chains (500+ outlets) will be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate internal and external challenges.
  • Professional, proactive, and committed, with strong ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
