About the role

Join the growing team at ours engineering company as a full-time Service Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance to our diverse range of clients, across the Johor Jaya ,Johor and Melaka region. With a focus on electrical and electronic systems, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' equipment and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform regular inspections, diagnostic testing, and preventative maintenance on electrical and electronic systems
  2. Swiftly respond to and resolve client issues and breakdowns, minimizing downtime
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  4. Maintain detailed records of all service activities and provide comprehensive reports
  5. Work closely with the wider engineering team to share knowledge and identify areas for improvement
  6. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Engineer in the engineering industry
  3. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of electrical and electronic systems
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  6. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation and willing to travel outstation.
