About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Management Technician to join our team at SK Nexilis Malaysia in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

  • External packaging and movement of produced products for shipment
  • Collaborate with production and sales management teams to implement and support shipping process improvements
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all applicable policies and procedures
  • Provide training & support to production staff to improve their skills and performance

What we're looking for

  • Organize and securely store produced products
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • You must be familiar with the inventory and logistics management system for the products produced.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
