Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Manager will oversee and manage the Human Resources and Administrative functions within the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring effective HR practices, compliance with labor laws, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of balancing HR responsibilities with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Management:

  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  4. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  5. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  6. Conduct performance reviews, manage employee relations, and address any workplace issues or conflicts.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
  8. Administrative Management:

  9. Oversee office management, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  10. Coordinate and manage administrative support for various departments.
  11. Implement and manage office policies, procedures, and best practices.
  12. Prepare and manage administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  13. Organize company events, meetings, and other activities.
  14. Employee Engagement & Development:

  15. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.

  16. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  17. Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee well-being.
  18. Compliance & Reporting:

  19. Ensure HR and administrative practices are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

  20. Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, administrative performance, and other relevant data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a proven track record in management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
